On Saturday afternoon, attorneys for Al Franken submitted a list of 1,585 ballots they would now like to have counted. This action comes after weeks and weeks of their side claiming that there remained no more outstanding votes that needed to be counted. Instead of joining the Coleman campaign in working to protect the rights of every Minnesota voter, including those who had their valid votes wrongly rejected, the Franken campaign continues to cherry-pick Franken-only voters. Among those notable ballots on the new Franken list are several deceased individuals and one enterprising individual who voted more than once.
